RETURN POLICY
  • Love and care go into every Coolz Footwear, however, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase or wish to exchange, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange within 5 days of receiving your item.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

What is the return process?

The return of the footwear is initiated by sending a request email to info@coolzshoes.com  along with the following details:

  1. 3 Images of the footwear which you have received (top, bottom and side).
  2. Order Number
  3. Reason of your return.

Note: 

 Above required details are mandatory for return. Without these details your request cannot be processed.

 We would request our patrons to avoid sending us any used footwear for return as it will be considered as invalid, and the customer will have to bear the to and for courier cost.

Can I exchange the product with another one available on site?

No, we do not provide exchange. If you wish to get another pair, you can order the product from our website and raise a return request for the product you have received. 

Can I return part of my order?

Yes, a return can be created at item level and if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return for a partial quantity.

  • In case you choose to self-ship the products, they should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is raised.
  • In case of Refunds, a flat shipping & handling fee of Rs. 50 per product will be deducted from the refund amount.
